STM32 Board using Arduino IDE

48 pin ARM Cortex-M3 STM32F103C8T6 Minimum System Development Board STM32
now includes Serial to USB adapter and 4 female to female patch leads for programing.
The Blink LED may not work.You can now compile and program this board using the Arduino IDE

  • Upgrade Arduino IDE to the latest version.
  • In the IDE under “boards” find “boards manager (at top) and install the “Ardunio SAM Boards”
  • Download the Arduino STM32 software from here
  • Extract the Arduino STM32 software and copy to the hardware directory in in the arduino program folder. “C:\Program Files\Arduino” probably.
  • In Boards Select The “Generic STM32F103C Series” board.
  • Use a usb to serial converter RX to TX ,Tx to Rx, 5V to 5V, Gnd to Gnd.
  • Select upload method serial.
  • To activate serial programing place the links BTI to GND and BT0  to RST as shown in main picture
  • Remember to press reset if you already have a program running.
